Brethren from Lodge Brotherhood and Honor from Sofia, Bulgaria, working under the protection of United Grand Lodge of Bulgaria, sent a petition with an initiative to form special relations with one of our Lodges. In warmhearted and forthright letter signed by Worshipful Master of this Lodge B.E.D. their wish to visit our Country and meet our brethren was expressed, thus creating an opportunity to fulfill this idea. |
