On 4th of May 2008, a delegation of RGLS dignitaries visited Grand Lodge of Massachusetts in Boston, on their 275th anniversary celebrations. This was the first time that our two Grand Lodges meet, so this meeting drew a lot of interest and attention. This gathering was an opportunity for us to talk to more than 20 Grand Masters from various US Grand Lodges, and in most cases for the first time to introduce RGLS, its history, growth and development as well as the current position of Masonry in Serbia. We have to especially mention very friendly and meaningful talks we had with GLs of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Oregon, Mississippi, Washington DC, Texas, Alabama, California, Washington, Massachusetts, as well as Grand Officers from Israel, Holland, Russia, Japan, various GLs from Australia and Canada, and for the first time GL of China (Taiwan). During the ritual work, RGLS delegation and its Most Worshipful Grand Master were honored by ceremonious admittance among Europe's and Noth America's oldest Grand Lodges. |
